Our client is a firm in the telecoms sector and due to the expansion of its operation, it requires an experienced Business Development Manager. Its responsibilities will be to Identify and develop business opportunities for the Company’s creative service solutions, manage existing clients to develop and grow revenue through extending business with existing clients in the telecoms market in Nigeria and Anglophone W.Africa. Other responsibilities includes: 1) Prepares the annual Business Development Plan; as well as prepares the annual Work Plan. 2)Lead and develop staff by identifying training sales skills needs. 3) Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives. 4) Develop and implement strategies for new products and services.5) Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs. 6) Provide direction, guidance to the department to ensure alignment with the Company’s strategies. 7) Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with new prospects. |
