Our client a telecom service solutions provider needs the service of a Quantity Surveyor’s responsibilities to establish the cost of installation, materials and workmanships and to cost of installation, materials and workmanships and to come out with a well – planned quotation which is beneficial to both the company and the main contractors for each individual project that the company is handling. Your responsibilities include 1) Contracts Preparation, include Undertaking costs analysis for all project work undertaken by TCL. Managing costs on a wide variety of new projects and structures for the benefit of TCL. Assisting in establishing a clients requirements and undertaking feasibility. Advising on procurement strategy. Contract Management Provide advice on a wide variety of contractual claims from sub-contractors. Prepare and submit claims, variations for payment after work completion for all projects. Maintain the pricing database for all CW & TI work packages for use as input into project pricing Do frequent studies and reference on other project cases to solve any problems occur in the field of work. Document Management. Ensure project documents, information and products are submitted timely. Ensure all project information, documents and products are done according to the version control process. |
